While trying to further my education on the "security by obscurity" that is MS Janus DRM, I discovered a news article from January how Microsoft is apparently being sued over their DRM scheme by a company called SoftVault who claims that they had patents on it. Apparently, they filed their patents quite a while ago, and are just recently suing because Microsoft has migrated DRM to handheld devices, allegedly violating the full circle of SoftVault's patents.

Hearing Microsoft is Getting Sued over their Own DRM Scheme: Priceless!
This is apparently not the first time Microsoft has been sued over DRM.
